My mother and husband died within 10 months of each other – my mom in Aug/05 aged 75 of cancer, and my husband June/06 aged 57, also of cancer, which was diagnosed one month after my mom’s death and about 4 months after his retirement. I felt as though my world had ended and there was nothing left for me in this life.
My sister gave me The Secret for my birthday this year and what a difference it has made. I now know that I write the pages of my life, that I can be, do or have anything that I want in my life. I know that my life is meant to be lived with joy and love. Instead of spending my time thinking sad thoughts of my mom and husband I now am grateful for the time we had together and for the experience of having them in my life, and I am finding that good things are happening to me. My outlook is so positive. I am so grateful for the gift of The Secret.
