I love the movie “Gladiator”, some of the scenes are really inspiring. I guess this video is one of the best motivational scenes in the movie.

Former Roman General Maximus is standing before a blood thirsty crowd with a diverse crew of gladiators.

He recognizes what has been planned for their death and organizes the gladiators together to form an effective fighting unit.

His message is stand alone, you die. Stand together and we can win.
