the mental and physical things that you need to do in your life and things you

need to work on it if you’re looking to lose weight first I just want to clarify

i have lost about 30 pounds and kept it off for a while is 40 but after you get

married you gain a little bit away and i’m still not in my healthiest be BMI

range right now so i am looking to get smaller but if you want to see my

so I have lost weight before and law of attraction was a big part of it so i’ll

talk about that in a minute but my first tip of course that you’re going to hear

from everyone is to visualize what you want then the kind of body you want or

kind of health level you want and then focus on why you want it so it’s more

than just thinking of yourself like imagining yourself as a skinny person

why do you want this you want it so that you can be attractive to a potential

significant other or do you want it so that more people will like you

supposedly do you want it so that you can fit in certain clothes that you like

or is it all of those things because usually people focus on what they don’t

have when it comes to weight loss that’s why they keep failing

the biggest thing for me was focusing on what i already had and all the beauty I

already felt like I had and not conceded way obviously thinking of yourself with

beautiful qualities is not conceded it’s not selfish

it’s being grateful for what you have in your potential so I would focus on my I

I love my eyes I love you know the hourglass figure i have if you focus on

those things you’re more likely to get more of those things more good qualities

about yourself about your body so instead of focusing on I want people to

like me that’s just saying people don’t like me because of how I look

that’s really what that’s saying our I want to attract anyone if i’m not skinny

that’s just attracting more people not wanting you i will say even at my

heaviest weight I I used to be obese by the way even then as long as I was

confident I still attracted people asking me on dates and there’s some of

them were very attractive some of them were not as attractive but the point is

I i was never turned away because of how I looked

confidence is really what does it confidence is what makes the person

makes them attractive or not your main goal should be helped at least I think

that’s what works the best and it’s not evil

it’s not a bad thing to want a nice one body obviously are nice fit body that’s

not evil course we want that but the reason behind it should be helped

primarily so tip number two is to practice mindful eating so this is a

partially gratitude practice and partially a practice in kind of not

so what I mean but by mindful eating is when you eat like this is something i

had a problem with for a long time and I still struggle with a little bit a lot

of us watch TV while we eat or you know watch youtube videos or something and

we’re very distracted we don’t take time to actually look at what we eating and

eat it slowly and savor it all times we work it down we just shove it in because

we’re either in a hurry or something like that if you take time to really

savor what you’re eating

you’ll enjoy it a lot more for one thing and you’ll probably eat less

that’s one of the biggest things is when we’re not satisfied when we’re not

grateful we feel the need to eat more and a lot of people blame that on

emotional trauma from their past which may be true i don’t know they blame it

on like I had a horrible childhood and that made me want to eat more and even

if you feel that that those things are true and i find that usually overeating

is merely habit that we develop over time we started eating too much and then

our brain got used to it

the problem with blaming things on your past and saying you know because my

horrible childhood that’s why I want an overeater that’s just going to bring

more overeating into your life because you’re putting that power outside of

yourself and if you have an eating disorder i’m i’m not trying to minimize

that at all I definitely think people should get help for that and

professional help by the way i’m not a professional but when it comes to just

someone who / eat sometimes like I have struggled with for basically my whole

it’s not so much an emotional thing it’s just a habitual thing most of the time

when i overeat i’m bored

for instance whenever my husband isn’t in the house i’m just kinda like like

sometimes if he liked last night for instance he went on a writer to a

writers group and I couldn’t go and so I was here at the house

by myself and it’s so tempting to just eat everything because you’re trying to

fill up the time when you’re trying to fill up the entertainment then you’re

you’re lacking because the person out there so in those cases it’s always good

to pick other activities or different things like that you can do I’ll

specifically but practice mindful eating make sure that you’re focusing on your

meal you’re actually sitting at the table

it’s good to eat with family because then the meal is much more enjoyable

you’re able to talk about your day at the healthy thing also praying over your

food or at least feel gratitude for what you’re eating and take a moment to

even if you don’t believe in God even if you know just the fact that you have

that food is a huge blessing it’s a huge privilege of whatever you want to call

it so it’s good to be really grateful for what you have and that actually it

my third tip is try a plant-based eating lifestyle you don’t have to do this i’m

not telling everyone i have to or that they’re even if they don’t yeah but

that’s what I do that’s what helped me lose weight a lot a lot of people know

this is a vegan diet

some people call it plant-based that’s where you don’t eat any animal products

so you don’t eat meat you don’t eat dairy products and you don’t eat egg

products or any other byproducts from animals like gelatin or things like that

there are several reasons behind it one of them is health reasons you need a lot

less calories if you’re eating just plant foods you’re also not eating any

cholesterol if you’re eating just plant foods you’re eating a lot less saturated

fat especially creating whole plant foods and by plant foods i mean the

things you will be eating our grains legumes such as beans peas and lentils

fruits vegetables nuts and seeds

I mean so many things fall under those categories and that you know vegetables

also includes starchy vegetables like potatoes and sweet potatoes who’s

actually huge variety of things you can eat i would i would suggest watching the

a shit about the health benefits of a plant-based diet the other reason that

falls more under law of attraction though is the Karma of what you’re

eating so I know a lot of people are not going to agree with this but I just

think that if you’re contributing to an animal being killed

just so you can take pleasure in the taste of it when you don’t need to

because we can go to the grocery store get any plant foods we want we don’t

have to do that for survival in the Western world if you’re contributing to

an animal being killed for your pleasure which is taste but it’s not needed that

is ultimately bad karma

so if you’re eating death you’re going to receive death earlier in your life

that’s that’s at least a pattern i’ve seen the consumption of meat

all that leads to high much higher risk of cancer diabetes heart disease and

and was able to lose it again and just a couple of days from intermittent we’ll
