28 Days Of The Magic by Rhonda Byrne: Day 1


To get excellent results from the exercises mentioned in “The Magic” by Rhonda Byrne you would need the following things;

  1. The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. (the book).If you haven’t bought it yet, Buy Now.
  2. Preferably A Diary or a notebook to write various things mentioned in the book or you can use apps like Evernote on your phone or any word application that you are comfortable on your computer.
  3. At least 30 minutes every day. (more the better)
  4. An open Mind and
  5. Patience (you need to do only one chapter a day.)

On the first day of your Magical journey, you start with chapter 1 where you count your blessings.

If you do this exercise in the morning it will give your day a magical start.

Read the entire chapter to understand what you need to do.

Open your notebook and start writing at least 10 things that you are grateful for.

Read the things you are grateful for and say Thank you after each blessing.
