The 16th day of The Magic talks about the magic and miracles in health.

Do your magical morning practice followed by the count your blessing practice to start the day. At the end of the day you have to do the magic rock practice.

Look back into your life and think about the three times you felt top of the world, happy and healthy. Thank for those times and make a note of it by writing thank you at the beginning.

After this look at your body and write down five functions of your body that are working great. Be grateful about it and say thank you.

Now if you have any one part that you need to function properly think about it in the perfect condition and visualize its healed and you whole body is in the ideal healthy state.
